Step 6 · Complete the Installation and Test

Continue the 'peel, stick, and press' method one step at a time. After you've installed the final tread, walk your newly transformed stairs to test the bond. If you notice any edge lifting slightly, just press it down firmly again. The beauty of our non-damaging adhesive is the peace of mind it offers; you can carefully lift and reposition a tread if needed without harming your beautiful wood stairs. Just peel slowly and the adhesive will release cleanly.
